RideSafe BackSafe
RideSafe BackSafe is a dedicated road safety initiative for motorcyclists in the North West of England. It is one of the largest and most comprehensive initiatives in the country and still growing.
the M partnership was appointed in 2007, simply to help promote an annual one-day road safety event – the RideSafe Rendezvous – through regional and specialist motorcycling press & media. That event attracted more than 6,000 visitors . . . 5,000 more than the year before.
Since then, our role has grown extensively and we have managed the website content – www.ridesafebacksafe.co.uk – uploaded industry advice features, written and issued press releases and advert copy, as well as designing publicity campaigns. the M partnership has also been appointed as brand guardians. Our team has represented RideSafe BackSafe at bike meets, charity ride-outs, bike shows and other events and even had some input into strategic communication plans.
Both Directors at the M partnership are bikers and it is our knowledge, passion and the support from our friends in the industry that help us to deliver much more for RideSafe BackSafe than a non-specialist agency could. We have secured regular and positive coverage through the specialist press & media that used to distrust and dislike road safety partnerships. We have also secured website competition prizes, celebrity ambassador support, expert advice from industry practitioners and positive endorsement of initiative aims through a persistent Dealer Engagement Strategy.
